still traffic shaping us this is not right

Stop traffic shaping us now. if you do not stop it I will go to trading standards because I am paying for a service you are not giving me and people in my house. I am also seriously thinking about going with another IP as you are not giving us what we are paying for.

What package / connection are you on and what makes you think you are being traffic shaped ?
A little more info may help you case here.

if you're on a package that doesn't have shaping then there isn't any shaping, there's prioritisation but that's different.

The product you're on has 2 hours of speed restrictions, during 8pm and 10pm. This is clearly shown on our website and can be found here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/archive/plusnet-extra-archive.shtml#trafficManagement
What services are you having problems with and are you seeing any slowdowns outside of these periods?
I've just noticed that you've got a fault ticket open that we're looking into, is this the issue you're referring to?

I have 2 screen caps of the performance issues after we contacted you about this traffic shaping on Monday. We did speed tests and our speeds were better after we spoke to you, but on Wednesday they have got low again please see the screen caps

Have you been able to do the tests we asked for on your fault ticket yet? The ticket is currently with you so if you can reply to it via our website we'll continue looking into the issue.

All these tests have been done 2/3 times the fault is your end. I will ask you again to stop traffic shaping us, thank you. Also my daughter as well as my lodger are trying to use the internet for job search and/or college/training courses search, but with you traffic shaping us they are not able to do this!

Yes they are shaping your traffic for the 2 hours between 8pm and 10pm and not at any other time. No matter how many times you ask they are not going to stop doing that as it's part of the product specification.

I think there is some confusion here, the traffic management on the account will *not* stop this. The problem you're currently having is a fault which we'll pick up and help to get fixed, this is not the same as traffic shaping.
