woke up this morning to no internet - after 10+ years without any problems I was actually shocked
tried a few things myself, didn't get anywhere so I called the support line - told the wait was 15 mins and was answered within 15 mins
Z*** listened to what I'd tried already, didn't run through some script but just made one suggestion and promised to call back in 20 mins
well he didn't call back for over 40 mins, because he was dealing with others from my area - BT said an area fault would be fixed by 1:30pm
1:30 rolls around and sure enough it's all working fine again
now I know didn't actually do anything, it was all fixed by others, but I'm impressed with they way I was dealt with
I was listened to, I was understood, I wasn't dragged through some diagnostic script, and I was given clear and accurate information
as far as I'm concerned, is the best ISP available, no question
