no bb still

disgusting terrible service switch to plusnet on 18 may still no bb just keep getting excuse after excuse and more and more tickets (105361900) never had a experience like this.

no bb still 2nd post

you could not make this up if you tried still no bb from may ,phone calls and more phone calls, more tickets more dates bb is now on 30/6/15 -3/7/15 -2/7/15 ? ask to cancel my contract yes that is OK Sir, but will only cancel my bb I Cry  would  have to pay the full term of 18 mts for the phone line.WHY this is this is fiber with phone deal .Can not have fiber with out phone line SO plusnet are stopping me going to a different provider can not be right need to check the legal side of this. for got to mention text to day How well are we doing

As mentioned I'm pushing to get you connected on Thursday and will make sure a modem is with you by then.

I'm very surprised the modem hasn't arrived as Adam posted this directly from here. We'll dig in to what's happened on the order and update you tomorrow.

Hi modem came at 10 am today do i connect it ? or wait for someone to confirm that fiber at BT exchange is done. PS thanks for posting the modem.jesse

I'm sorry that took a while to turn up.
Unfortunately it looks like my request to expedite the fibre activation was refused due to no engineer availability until 2/7/15.
I'll ensure we make it up to you after the service has been activated.
