new customer - last couple of weeks have been great - whats happened today?!!

up until now i've been more than happy with the speeds i've been getting , but today its been terrible!! taking ages to load pages.
from what i've been reading this looks like a fairly common problem - its like you are lulling us into a false sense of security?
what is going on please? Angry

Just to rule out the obvious can you run the Bt Speedtest and report the IP Profile and also the current line speed from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
