You need to be aware however that if, by engineers, you mean the people who come out - or fail to - to fix or install your connection then they are BT OPenreach staff and not Plusnet employees

But we can't complain to OR so we have to complain to Plusnet, who then feed back up the chain until the complaints reach OR (or the bin).
