Re: how many times can plusnet cancel an appointment?

Are Plusnet staff ever going to sort this problem out? Do you have intentions of sending me the missing equipment?

As per your conversation earlier today with Plusnet's Head of Customer Service you've made it clear to us that you do not wish to continue with your fibre order, therefore we'll ensure this order is stopped. You may receive some emails confirming this, however these are automated emails and can be ignored.
On the call you've also requested that you want no one from Plusnet to call you, this has been clearly noted on your account.

Nope but since you have clearly said you are leaving and don't want the fibre order to continue and don't want anyone to contact you I wonder why Plusnet should send you any equipment

plonk!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I'm sure Plusnet can arrange for you to have the router - at £40 + delivery.

You only get the router free after your contract has run. In the meantime, if you cancel then you are required to pay for it.

My order has run. This is the stuff that the BT engineer used for my neighbour seeing as they sent him the wrong stuff for his order.

????  Is it just me, or does the sentence above not make any sense whatsoever?
You've cancelled your order and the service wasn't provided, therefore you are due a refund of anything paid upfront and that's it.

Hmmm...
I feel sorry for the OP. His fuse is too short though.
Yes it's frustrating when you are let down.  I truly sympathise.
It's a shame the OP could be a really nice person. I just hope the OP can count to ten and feel better.
I suspect Openreach has goofed big time.  You pay Plusnet, Plusnet pay Openreach. You have no recourse with Openreach.  They are a law unto themselves.
If Plusnet staff have been derogatory then I believe a public apology would be a good thing.
Good luck with Sky...

I agree that if PN staff have (without provocation) failed in their behaviour towards the OP as claimed then the OP is owed an apology.  The public have no involvement in this matter and therefore a public apology is not necessary.
