We emailed you yesterday to advise the line was active, the email contained your phone number (went to a talk21 address and your Plusnet address).

This is the router P+P fee and your first months broadband. Once activated your broadband billing date will be moved forward by 30 days, so you won't have paid for any time that you haven't had a service.

This is your first months Home Phone, it was processed yesterday because that's when our supplier told us the line was active.

Your broadband order is progressing, and the router will be sent once our supplier confirms the install date for broadband.
If you can advise when's best to call you tomorrow I'd be happy to call and sort all these issues for you.
