This is by far one of the worst services I have ever received. 


My service was due to be activated on 12/7 but there was no activation.

on 13/7 I contacted Plusnet on chat and I was told It will be activated "today" and they assured me that it will, I waited until 12 midnight and there was nothing. 

Contacted on 14/7, I was informed that the agent I spoke to did not give me the correct information and that the activation will be "today", then proceeded to wait until 9PM and still nothing, I knew that they close at 10PM so I contacted them again and to my surprise I was informed that there are delays and that my service will not go online today. 

I was not informed about the delay and had to contact them to know about it, I was not given how long the delay will take and I was given false information on 2 days. 

Absolutely terrible service, I have literally placed the order over a month ago and still with no service.

Sorry about the delays you've had with the order.

The cause of this is faulty ports in the fibre cabinet which means our suppliers can't get your connection up and running.

Our suppliers are investigating this and we'll update you when we know more.
