hi there
Decided to move to plusnet after a onging problem with TALKTALK who have taken up to 8 months to try to get my father who is 82 and has a hearing problem connected passed from pillar to post all the time, still not connected and want to charge him £70 for cancellation for a service he hasnt received.
anyone else experience this type of prob
ANYWAY PLUSNET Are fantastic so far it good to be able to track the order and so far there customer service people have answered my calls within minutes very polite
Ordered on Thursday got router on the Saturday now waiting to go live
