You just mucked up my message rules

Just raised a ticket and received this confirmation
"Plusnet - Thank you for your Question!" from www-data [www-data@peh-portal01.servers.plus.net]; on behalf of; support@plus.net which completely messed up my rule which moved emails from support@plus.net to a separate folder  Angry

There should have been a service status posting to warn people of the change as it is customer affecting!

Sorry for the late reply on this one but better late than never.
I've never seen that happen before so I'll see what I can find out, I suspect this happened after the relevant servers were relocated recently, have you seen that happen since Jim? I'm just wondering if any subsequent config changes might have cured that?
