You can beg all you like, but until Plusnet implement their new accounting system (which has been promised for years), it is not possible to have your billing date changed. They used to attempt it but more often than not it ended up in a horrible mess - it wouldn't surprise me if it ended up with double payments being taken which I guess would cause you even bigger problems.
