Tried adding &etashow=yes&full=1 to my exchange link and found it did not work. After checking ASBO DOG's working link realised I needed to add the following after my exchange url:
&plugin=vp&etashow=yes&full=1

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a poor run of things since your order was completed.
Was can place an order for something called Max Premium on your line.  Normally this would cost about £8 a month, but I'm happy to do this free of charge to see if it helps to fix your problem.
Please let me know if this is something that you would like to try doing - it will increase your upload speed and also give your Internet traffic a greater priority across the BT network.

Would this help me? I'm currently migrating to vivaciti llu and i think it should migrate within the next few days. If you can increase my speed before hand it would be much appreciated. Otherwise I just want my outstanding fees to be weaved for good will gesture. Thats all.. This has caused me alot of stress...

your adsl speed wil have no influence on the speed you get from LLU

Is that means my internet connection will be the same if i move to vivaciti llu adsl2+? Won't it be any faster? I'm going for the 20Meg adsl2+ LLU.

Peter was just saying that whatever happens with your speeds in the next few days will have no bearing on your speeds on LLU.

I'd much rather you give us an opportunity to fix it. If we cant then I'd be happy to have a conversation, however right now it looks like you wont afford us that opportunity
