I'm sorry to see an engineer disconnected your extension sockets while fixing a fault with your fibre service. 

I've raised a complaint with Openreach now to see if we can get an engineer to go back and reconnect them up.

We'll provide an update as soon as we know more, this should be within the next 7 working days.

@collins6072 I believe an engineer's been back out to you and put things right. Can you confirm?

Yes the extensions are now working !
