Why does the Plusnet website tell mobile users to call a 0345 number for support

From the Contact Us webpage
Customer support
From landlines: 0800 432 0200
From mobiles: 0345 140 0200
7.30am - 10pm, every day
Please have your username and password handy.

Why?
You managed to update the times that support will try and answer the phones but not the numbers.
