At the risk of repeating myself
When are you going to fix the "Folder is full" problem on the Forums.
This is something you are handling very badly and as usual the lack of information as to what the problem is, is not helping.

Well, if there is any response to this at all, it won't be before Monday, if then!

As can be seen from several of the latest posts on the thread, there are good reasons for avoiding linking to images saved on external sites. There are already too many threads around this forum where such images have long since disappeared which, in a lot of cases, make the threads less useful or useless to people that might read them in an attempt to solve their own problems.
Embedding images from most external sites is also to be discouraged as it can slow down a forum page load significantly especially for those on slower connections (never mind the data usage). Clickable links are to be preferred where essential, as at least a reader has a choice.

OK if Plusnet refuse to fix the upload of images, I'll put the images in as links to external sites.
Yet another broken feature.

We haven't refused to fix anything, which I'm sure you know. The problem was raised internally, as there was a workaround (which I appreciate not everyone wants to use) it's not a high priority issue to resolve. Nonetheless, it's now fixed.

Sorry Chris - but I wasn't aware of any workarounds - other than providing external links.

I think Chris thought everyone (including those on slow connections) would be ecstatic about the idea of downloading the full images every time they visited a topic with screen shots etc. instead of just the tiny thumbnail images and just clicking those where they wanted to see the full image.
