What's the real story on this one - MSE/Plusnet

The claim is that Plusnet have washed their hands of the situation as say there is nothing they can do.
Claim neighbours on either side have broadband - but the complainant cannot.
Further claim that it worked OK for two years - but now mysteriously does not.
I'm sure there is more to it than meets the eye but Plusnet reps might like to keep an eye on the thread.

Thanks x47c, I've dropped a reply in - hopefully we'll get a ticket ID or similar so we can look into what's going on there. Doesn't sound good though.
