Phoned PlusNet Customer Services. The call waiting time was running at 45 minutes. Waited 7 minutes for an online chat and got referred back to the Website. I want to speak to someone not some flippant online faceless idiot who is not interested in my query even though my extortionate direct debit is paying their wages.
