What is happening to the usual excellent forum support...

I posted a query as well as an issue with Caller Display not being charged for on Sunday in Accounts and Billing. I would have expected a reply by Wednesday but nothing so I bumped it and two days later still no-one appears to have bothered with it yet issues posted after mine have been responded to.
I understand the team may be busy but if they had time to pick up subsequent posts then why not mine Cry Undecided

Perhaps PN will invest in a system that allows you to report an issue and then for it to be allocated a reference number than can be tracked. The system should be easy for the customer to use and the backend system would allow the initial report to be directed to a relevant team. The system could automatically report on issues that haven't been picked up so that they don't get forgotten or lost.
I guess the system I have in mind would be a little like being issued with a numbered slip, or ticket, at a supermarket deli counter...

That's all well and good if such a system existed that worked for the customer without having to continually respond to cut & paste replies that rarely answer all, or at times any, of the questions posted.
My experience of such a system has not been good so that's why I like to post my queries in the forum Wink
