http://www.plus.net/support/service/network_performance/network-latency.shtml or am I looking in the wrong place
I was - this is where I should have been looking - serves me right for using the search option - http://www.plus.net/support/service/network_performance/broadband_bandwidth_usage.shtml
and this looks very odd

Re: What has happened to this page

They've been like it for months Jim. I've made various comments in one  or two places and used the feedback on the relevant pages, but of course nothing has happened Roll_eyes  Getting loads of extra customers seems to be the only thing that is important these days  Sad
Edit: meant to say that it's graphing errors which don't help to see what's happening  Crazy
The other, I've no idea why they've stopped, network configuration changes I expect.
PS. The 2 links at the top of your post are the same. Did you mean http://www.plus.net/support/service/network_performance/network-latency.shtml for the other?

Re: What has happened to this page

The mostly missing filled area representing the users on pcl-bng02 is a newer issue than the sporadic glitches: https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,130644.0.html (or at least a newer manifestation of the same root issue)

AndyH - the blips are a graphing glitches, although that graph doesn't look right as there was some maintenance this morning that doesn't seem to appear on it.

I assume those graphs are on the 'to be fixed' list.

Re: What has happened to this page

Next years to fix list, or maybe not -
I posted http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=130921.0;attach=51246 the other day.
Compare that with Jim's above and look at the frequency of the bugs.
Now look at the attached as of a few minutes ago - something been fixed perhaps?

Still a graphing glitch at around 2240 on the pcl-bng02 plot when I last looked.

Re: What has happened to this page

I think the number of users on each gateway as given by their "Current:" figure in the text is more accurate than the graph, but somehow the total figure is as wrong as the graph.
If you look at the two attached images, the "Current:" numbers actually add up to about 738k for each graph, but the 15:17 graph has a glitch and the total in the last line of text is about as wrong as the total height of the graph is.

Re: What has happened to this page

I think I spotted that one myself the other day, but have given up taking too much notice and try to extract the best information possible when needed.
