I’ve been a customer since PN replaced Metronet and one of the joys of using PN has been on the rare occasions I’ve needed support it has been, easy, quick, efficient, solved the problem and been conducted via the communication medium of _my_ choice. This was true as recently as last September.
It is not true now, and that is a “now looking for another provider” level shame
