What a useless ticket system.
I went to add to ticket 92816024 tonight and as I hit Add Comment the whole thing disappeared. 45 Minutes on the phone at 10.00pm only to be told I had deleted the ticket and it can't be un deleted. What a useless system and call waiting times get no shorter yet still keep advertising for new customers..

More worrying is that you were told it had been deleted when I think what you'll find it's been closed. Check the closed tickets.
