What a surprise

After four days of waiting for someone in PN to pick up my ticket I have decided enough is enough and I will go elsewhere. Just searched the contact details for cancelling to find the office is not open on a Sunday. Strange how I can subscribe on a Sunday! So much for 24 hour a day support. so after many years of being with PN I will be glad to go elsewhere.

Plusnet's wait times are dreadful at present but if you presume you can get better support elsewhere I fear you may be in for a let-down.
