This evening the wait time to speak to a member of staff 40 minutes. The answerphone said 15! My answerphone has not been working since day I. Hopefully this will finally be corrected within the next 24 hours hours....if not I'm writing to the CEO. Come on Plusnet........get in adequate staff. Right now you're no better than Talktalk although I'll give you one thing....when I eventually get a live person I can at least understand what they say.
Really sorry for the wait time you saw last night, we're continuing to recruit to drive these further down. I can see one of my colleagues placed an order to remove the voicemail feature from the line when you did get through.
