Very helpful

Not my week with a combination of not being able to access the new PN site and a red light on my modem to indicate my broadband was not working.

Advice from PN soon got me back on line following advice on resetting the modem followed by a phone call and emails from HarryB regarding accessing the new site which I can now  use.

(Hard luck to those who thought they had seen the last of me)

 

Anyway top marks to PN for quickly sorting out a issue which was partly down to my own error
