Very Good Fibre Install - Very pleased

Hi all,
I'm a returning Plusnet customer as I've now moved out of a Virgin area.
The following happened to me during the install :
1. Signed up on-line through topcashback.
2. Specified the date I would like the install.
3. Received the speed estimate.
4. Phone was activated within a couple of days.
5. Received many text messages, emails etc. advising of each stage.  I know people moan about Plusnet and their lack of communication but the level I recieved was great.
5. BT engineer arrived on the specified day within the specified time.
6. All installed without problem, pleasent BT guy - no issues at all with the quality of the install.
7. Plugged in my own router that I've used for years. Found the settings for plusnet on the website - easy to find and follow.
8. Checked the speed test - practically exactly the speed as promised.
9. Received the topcashback without having to chase it (received very quikly as well)
All in all very pleased with the install, don't genuinely think it can have gone any better.
