Unable to connect to Halifax website

Hi
I raised this with Plusnet today as I have been unable to get online with the Halifax for two days. Halifax said they did not know of an issue and I was told that this would be raised with a manager. Finally tonight I have resolved the issue myself by changing my DNS server and I now have full access.

A warm welcome to the forums.
Which router have you got and what OS are you using?  If it's the TG582n then this thread might help you - https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,134916.0.html
