Plusnet were having problems that day with their network and website as I mentioned on HotUKDeals a few days later:

Claim raised with Quidco 11 Jan 13 but still nothing.

I signed up on the 12th January via Quidco with the £70 cashback offer.
Was a big factor in me choosing Plusnet as it was more expensive than my last provider.
It didn't track and have opened a claim with Quidco.
Hopefully will be sorted soon.

Sorry to hear about the delays, just wanted to say - when you're raising queries to chase these payments with the cashback sites (please do this in the first instance) you can use your username in the 'account number' field and that should work fine. We can get you your service ID if you wish but your username should work fine.

I have done everything correctly, not included any reference names (dont know anyone else on Plusnet) and registered through clicking via TCB. I have now opened a claim with TCB and included my username as the Order number reference.
This really needs to be sorted out though as its hassle that people want to avoid when moving companies and accepted offers which they are promised. I did everything that the offer said so why is someone rejecting my claim?
