Tickets.

I have a fault ticket that has not been looked at since last Thursday, also an account question ticket that's been open for 24 hours, (with the average response of 7 hours it said) and not looked at yet.
Poor show Plusnet.

Sorry - Your fault ticket is with Chris, who's on holiday.
I'll get someone to pick it up and I'll flag the other ticket.

I'm really sorry that it's taken so long for the ticket to get picked up. I did request this to be picked up by a colleague who hasn't done so within an acceptable time frame. Ultimately it's my fault and I'm sorry.
I'll be back in the office on Tuesday where I'll pick everything back up again. I can see that the ticket has now been updated in my absence.
Really sorry about this.

I have removed a number of posts from this thread - and the persons who posted them will know why.
Can I suggest that in future other posters don't take it on themselves to criticise other posters or to offer gratuitous criticism of staff when you don't know the facts.
If you want to suggest something is in the wrong place or should have been part of another thread please do it via the Report facility
As the original problem has been sorted this thread is locked
