Ticket 30501209 - Still waiting for a response

Sorry to have to rant but this is the longest I've ever had to wait for a first response to a ticket. It's been 30 hours so far. So much for the "average 4 hours and 48 minutes" to answer when I submitted it.
As I've had before, Plus has failed to pick up on a change of IP profile and as a result I'm stuck with 2Mbps rather than the 4 or 4.5 that BT are reporting.  Can someone please sort this out. Having moved house I was expecting the connection to be a bit slower than I was used to (7.5Mbps) but this is just that bit too far.

I've picked up your ticket now, give it a few minutes and your profile will be up to 4000 on our side too. Sorry about the delay.
