Thumbs up to support.

I finally got a working line this afternoon  Cool
Despite the problems, which were mostly down to OR and the usual tired infrastructure being pushed to its limit, I would like to thank Plusnet support, especially the folks monitoring this forum, for their help in sorting the issue out. I got a little ranty there towards the end but the PN folks were professional, courteous and helpful.

Just to wrap this up, IP profile was prodded by [removed - forum rules] after the line, which probably had more joints than an Amsterdam coffee shop in it, was repaired. As promised, a quick reboot of the router 24 hours later and I'm up to expected throughput. Spiffing Smiley
