My niece has recently moved house. Ordered home phone sometime Thursday before last, connected first thing Friday morning (free as it was a stopped line). Broadband moved following Friday (exactly as advised i.e. 5 days). All working fine by the time she moved in last Saturday. So the house move team (all of whom have been very helpful and pleasant when I have spoken to them) have pushed the right buttons and everything has gone just perfectly. Well done and thank you.
