Ordered phone line and broadband on the 4th November. It's now the 11th and still no line or any progress info from plusnet. Tried to phone 4 times and on each occasion kept holding for 15 minutes before giving up. This doesn't bode well for any future customer service issues. I was always able to contact my previous supplier SKY and am on the cusp of returning to them.

There is also a separate issue logged on ticket 113782999, we'll need to look into the cause of this for you so I'll make sure you get a reply to that and get some progress on the issue before the end of today.
