In the "Safety Instructions and Regulatory Notices" leaflet that came with my 582n, it says:
Directive Unless express and prior approval by Technicolor in writing, you may not: ...
Copy, rent, loan, re-sell, sub-license, or otherwise transfer or distribute the equipment to others;
Disseminate performance information or analysis (including, without limitation, benchmarks) from any source relating to the equipment.
So we're not supposed to give or sell a 582n to anyone else, nor are we supposed to talk about its performance - at least not with any information or analysis. Were we seriously expected to be complying with those, particularly the second point?
