Just wanted to say a quick thank you to all members of the Plusnet team that dealt with my order and to the online support team that responded to my forum posts and tickets regarding activation, upstream caps, interleaving etc.
All of my queries were responded to in a timely manner and answers given were friendly, helpful and informative.
The unlimited broadband service I'm getting is also the quickest I've ever had and I would recommend it to anyone (granted, I'm fortunate that my line quality seems pretty good, so experiences may vary).
So once again, many thanks in particular to [removed], Bob Pullen, Chris Pettitt and Adam Walker.
