Thanks again Plusnet!

Just to says thanks  for the fibre upgrade! All smooth again. Since I  joined many years ago I have had a great experience right from the start. Original activation and all changes to products...perfect. Sure I have had some hic ups from time to time but each time I have contacted you it has been solved...and by someone who actually seems to know what the score is and you actually hold a decent conversation with. what more would you want? Well done mateys! Had to get that off my chest....
