I read the forums fairly regularly and am surprised by the tone of some of the postings.
I have been with PN for years and have, like most people, had a few issues but PN have always managed to get things sorted.
As of  10 minutes ago I have now installed a separate VOIP phone and voice router "ATA" and now have a second phone line "internet line" all included in the cost of my package.
I personally have not found any of my 4 previous BB ISPs anywhere near as good and helpful as PN and none offer the extras like the VOIP line with minutes. PN you are a different company to the others because you work and you provide much more as well.
