Thanks Community.

Having recently switched from a different ISP, I  had wondered if it was a good choice or not, The first day wasnt good but there was a known issue on the larger network which was fixed within 24 hours, In contrast to my previous experiences with ISPs. This rapid repair cycle along with the honnest system status page really helps so thanks! Raising a fault was done after two phone calls which was great compared to previous ISPs (8-12 phone calls.) As for the waiting times i did spend 20-30 mins to get thought to someone however being able to see the stats online allowed me to allocate some additional time towards getting stuff done.
