Thank you plusnet

Had a few speed problems which haven't yet been resolved BUT, the customer service has been great and responsive.
I've spoken to a few staff on the phone, it's a pleasure speaking to someone in a UK call centre that understands your problem and doesn't just want you to turn your router on and off.  This is such a difference to using BT's call centres.
