Thank you for successful resolution of slow broadband

Hello,
I would like to express my appreciation for [removed] for persisting with BT and getting the broadband fault resolved. I am now getting more than 5mb speed. Plusnet customer service has been very good in keeping me updated about the progress through text, email and phone call even though it was a frustrating time with poor broadband speed. It turned out the property I had moved into has two telephone lines and the previous line was of poor quality.
Overall plusnet has been excellent in organising the moving of broadband and telephoneline from my previous connection and the resolving the slow speed .
