Hello, I would like to express my appreciation for [removed] for persisting with BT and getting the broadband fault resolved. I am now getting more than 5mb speed. Plusnet customer service has been very good in keeping me updated about the progress through text, email and phone call even though it was a frustrating time with poor broadband speed. It turned out the property I had moved into has two telephone lines and the previous line was of poor quality.
