I joined Plusnet on 14 July. During my first ten days I watched my line speed fall and thought oh dear! I eventually raised a ticket (No 34423575) to try and get this sorted. Thanks to the help of several Plusnet Staff, the issues are now resolved and my line speed has doubled. Given the stats for my line it's probably as good as it's going to get until a new technology comes along. So I'll close the ticket and hope that the problem does not repeat. Again, thanks for all your help - the best Customer Service I've seen for a long time!
