Switched to PlusNet and changeover took place on 12th August, very smoothly. I use my own router, but I have the PlusNet one as a backup if required. I'm impressed with the service. Emails advising progress of the changeover. at every stage. Email giving measured speeds after a fortnight's use. Finally the prompt arrival of £75 rewards card, which I have duly authorised.

I'm very happy I made the switch, and service has been rock solid with good speeds throughout. Well done PlusNet.

I had had some qualms reading some of the posts here and on TrustPilot, but in my case everything has gone very well indeed.
