On Saturday I attracted the unwanted attention of DLM and my Plusnet line speed was reduced somewhat.
When the synch speed was back to normal that later evening I raised a ticket to get the line speed increased back to normal expecting somebody to look at it on Tuesday at the earliest.
I was rather surprised to receive an email on this Bank Holiday Monday from PC letting me know it had been dealt with!

Surely the Plusnet Current Line speed should be updated automatically in about the same amount of time if not less?
