Texts sent from Plusnet to home phone, how do I stop them?

I have a fault that is being looked at and as a result I was sent 3 text messages to my home phone most of which were totally unintelligible. How can I stop these messages being sent?

OK, I've just had more of these messages sent to me and this time I got to hear the closing information, telling me to dial 0800 587 5252 where these messages can be administered. So after a few button presses I've turned these off, well I hope so at least.

Why one of the messages was referencing a one time use eBay pin I do not know!
