Support unable to diagnose problem then let down on new router

I reported a problem with access to my fixed IP address which hosts a web site nearly two weeks ago.  The diagnostician was unable to identify any problem, but acknowledged the hub was not responding.  His solution was to send me a new hub.  After nearly 1 week and the hub had not arrived I contact support only to be told that they had failed to put the order in correctly and my new hub would be with me in 3 days.  Well it is now day 4 and still no sign of the hub.

 

Very poor support from Plusnet.
