Support team responses

Why are response times so slow? I now have 2 tickets in progress that have not been looked at, approaching 3 weeks for one of them despite several promises it would be dealt with within 48 hrs?

Having looked at your account I can see that the tickets have now been closed. I will have one of our members of staff look into this as soon as possible and they will get back in touch with you shortly.

My colleague has had a look into your account and the issue has been resolved. You should be able to start viewing channels in the next couple of hours.
