Suggestion about email notifications during order progress

Hi,
Apart from receiving one email after signing up, nothing received from Plusnet.
I would suggest the following:

  • Send one email when the router is dispatched

  • Send one email the day before the installation is due for fibre, to remind people

  • etc...

Hi Seb,
I've replied to your other thread regarding the engineer no-show.
We do send a text out to confirm that the router has been dispatched(that's providing you have a mobile assigned to the account)
I will bring the points up you've mentioned will the relevant team.

Occassional on the forums there has been mention of tickets being automatically closed without intervention and users not knowing or not being notified of certain events.
I think it is when upgrades are ordered or take place that tickets are issued and go straight into closed tickets, maybe they shouldn't be closed untill after the upgrade has taken place or require the EU to close them so they are aware of them.
