Still no broadband

I switched to plusnet and for some unknown reason my adsl has been disconnected After been promised 3 times now with dates for when my broadband will be connected its still not on my line now has a active adsl connection but I cannot connect
Please update me as I cannot spend another 2 hours on phone waiting

connected now but very slow i have a bad feeling about this

Sorry to hear your connection is currently slower than expected.
I've noticed a setting on our suppliers system that is incorrect so I've placed an order to get this modified. I'm expecting this to complete by the end of the day and you should hopefully see an increase in speed (Although it may not be by much as the estimates for your line are unfortunately pretty low Sad)
