Speeds have halved after 5 days service (Openreach test says contact ISP)

Hi Guys
Well the service started so well, but I noticed last night I appeared to be getting slower, come tonight and I was buffering all over the place whilst trying to stream some movies...
I shut everything down and run the BT test (I can not see how a fault is present as line has been solid for years with Sky)
anyway here are the results, can you let me know how to proceed as it says I am to contact you
