Some praise from a pleased with fibre customer.

After years of regular service slow-downs during the evenings, frustrating buffering and an unhelpful helpdesk with another provider, it has been a pleasure to be with Plusnet for the last few months.  Cheesy
After a shakey start, which was sorted out by the polite and genuinely helpful help people, the fibre service has been brilliant! No slow-downs, no buffering, no faults! It has given me the confidence to change my very expensive satellite TV service after 25 years and save some money by using Freesat Freetime + internet TV services by Chromecast - just as good and much cheaper or free.  Grin
(I would have subscribed to the Plusnet Youview TV service, but I dont have an aerial)
Ya done me proud Plusnet!  Wink
