Just to be clear, are you on a like for like product or have you upgraded from ADSL to fibre or indeed 40/10 to 80/20?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi townman..

No i was on 80/20 with pn.. and swopped over to pulse8 with the same package... so like for like.
